HIGHLIGHTS of the VA INFO Annual
Conference, July 28-29, Omni Charlottesville

The first annual VA INFO
Conference, held at the Charlottesville Omni Hotel on July 28th and 29th, was a
great success! Over 100 families with children with special health care needs
and over 40 healthcare and family service professionals attended the conference,
providing glowing feedback. From the heartwarming and incredibly energizing
keynote presentation by Dr. Adolph Brown, to the many information-packed
sessions conducted by experts in all aspects of special needs care, to the
great performances given by Virginia musicians and singers
with special needs, the Conference provided an excellent
opportunity for families, governmental agencies, healthcare and service
providers, educators, and others to share valuable information, recharge and
have fun together.
