Through this
FREE website, your family can access over 20
information-packed courses that were originally taught at the Strong Roots for a
Healthy Future Conferences in Richmond and Charlottesville. These topics are
outlined in the bar to the left.
Taking these courses is just like
being at the conference - you see each slide and hear a recording of the
presenter's commentary on each slide, right on your Internet-connected computer.
So your family can benefit
from the valuable information that was presented at these conferences, whenever
and wherever it's convenient for you!
Control buttons right on the screen
give you complete control, enabling you to click back and forth through each
presentation at will - so you can listen to the slides as many times as you
want. You can even Pause the course if needed to handle urgent matters that come
up.
An optional and completely
confidential Quick Quiz with helpful feedback is provided at the end of each
course to help ensure that you understand the key concepts the course covers.
And when you've completed each
course, you can print out a Course Completion Certificate and provide us with
your feedback on the course.
To access these FREE courses,
you'll need a password and login. Please note that these courses are only
available to families with children with special health care needs and
professionals that work with these children.
