Welcome to the Family Resource Center: Planning Your Child's Care, Education and Future Section

This section provides information on how to identify, document and plan to meet your child's care, education and life transition needs, in four tables:

  • Table A focuses on Educational Planning, including background on Special Education, special ed law, and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Table B focuses on Care Planning and Coordination
  • Table C focuses on Transition Planning and Building Your Child's Self-Sufficiency Skills
