regulations, we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any
information that families share with us.
As with other organizations'
websites, the Medical Home Plus web server tracks standard data on website
activity, including the visitor's IP address, type of browser, and files
accessed. No personal information is recorded. Website activity data helps us
determine the usefulness of information on our site. Total number of visits and
total number of successful requests for pages are provided to our sponsors and
funding agencies as examples of information dissemination.
